Crumbled Blue Topped Lamb Steaks

Ingredients
  Lamb shoulder steaks 2 Pound, trim off fat (Four 1/4 Inch Thick Pieces)
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place steaks in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 10 minutes. Turn meat over. Continue cooking on ROAST 6 to 8 minutes or until steak is no longer pink. Drain and top each steak with a mixture of cheese, onion and salt. Continue cooking on ROAST for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
