Tex-Mex Style Grilled Shrimp And Skirt Steak For Fajitas

Shrimp and skirt steak on the grill is a Tex Mex recipe. Very simple and quick to prepare. You can serve this dish with tortillas, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Enjoy!!!!
Ingredients
  Jumbo shrimp 12
  Lime juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Skirt steak 2 Pound
  Garlic pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Steak seasoning 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Marinate the shrimps and steak in lime juice and garlic pepper seasoing and set aside for 20 minutes.

MAKING
2. Skewer the shrimps and grill them on low heat for about a couple of minutes on each side until bright pink.
3. Grill the steak for 4 minutes on each side or until done.

SERVING
4. Remove the shrimps from the skewers and serve on a plate.
5. Cut the steak along the grain in sections for better chewing.
6. Serve with tortillas, salsa, pico, sour cream and guacamole.
