Rib Eye Steaks With Sesame Butter

Ingredients
  Rib eye steaks 4 (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.
Place steaks on rack in broiler pan so tops are 3 inches from heat.
Broil 10 to 15 minutes total for rare, 15 to 20 minutes for medium, turning once.
Season each side with salt and pepper when brown.
Spread with Sesame Butter
