Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Top sirloin steak 1⁄2 Pound, cut in thin bite-size pieces
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
  Buttered party rye bread slices/Icebox rye bread 18
Directions

Heat butter and garlic in blazer pan over high heat.
Season steak with salt and pepper and quickly saute pieces as needed on all sides.
