Broiled Cod Steaks Montauk

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoned pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cod steaks 4 Small, each 1/2 inch thick
  Orange 1 Small (For Garnishing)
  Lemon 1 Small (For Garnishing)
Directions

1. Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, seasoned salt, and seasoned pepper; set aside.
2. Lightly brush rack in broiling pan with salad oil. Place cod steaks on rack; broil 5 to 7 minutes, until cod flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove broiling pan from broiler. Spread cod steaks with mayonnaise mixture; return pan to broiler; broil 2 minutes longer or until mayonnaise mixture is lightly browned and bubbly.
3. Thinly slice orange and lemon; cut each slice crosswise in half. Garnish cod steaks with fruit slices.
