Ingredients
  Steak strip 6 Small (Use N.Y. Strip Steak 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Watercress 2 (For Garnishing)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Rub each steak with garlic.
Brush each steak on both sides with oil.
Salt and pepper steaks.
Cook 2 minutes on each side in very hot pan.
