  French shallots 16 , finely sliced (Dry)
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Basil 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Leg lamb steaks 4
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Eight hours before cooking time, combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
–  Place meat in marinade, cover and refrigerate.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and cook meat 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
–  Baste lightly with marinade just before serving.
