|Round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in serving portions|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Condensed tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can`)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Season meat with salt and pepper and dust with flour.
Heat oil in a skillet and brown meat on both sides.
Alternate layers of meat, pepper, and onion in crock cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover and cook at Low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
