Marinated Leg Of Lamb Steaks
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), finely sliced|
|Leg lamb slice||4|
|Olive oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Mint leaves||5 , thinly sliced|
|Dry white wine||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
– Preheat oven to broil.
– Stick sliced garlic slivers into meat.
– In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients, add meat and marinate for at least 6 hours. Turn from time to time.
– Place meat in a baking dish and broil for at least 6 minutes on each side.
– Baste lightly with marinade before serving.
