Ingredients
  Boneless beef sirloin steak 1 (Top Steak, 1 Inch Thick)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 2 Medium, cut into wedges
Directions

1. Cut sirloin steak into 1 1/2-inch cubes. In medium-sized bowl, combine meat, soy sauce, sherry, chili sauce, and cornstarch.
2. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onions, stirring, until tender-crisp.
3. Increase heat to high; add meat mixture; cook, stirring, about 4 minutes for rare or until of desired doneness
