Steak In Beer
|Round steak||2 Pound|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Beer||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Rub steak with garlic on both sides.
Cut into serving portions, and dredge in flour.
Heat oil in a skillet, and brown steaks on both sides.
Season meat with salt and pepper, and place in crock cooker.
Saute onions in skillet and pour over meat, along with tomato sauce and beer.
Cover and cook at Low for 6 to 8 hours.
