|Shoyu||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Ginger powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Tofu||1 Pound, sliced into 1/2-inch steaks (Hard)|
|Vegetable oil/Soy/canola||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
Whisk together shoyu, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
Dip the tofu steaks in the sauce mixture.
Cook in an oiled pan over medium-high heat for 10 minutes until browned, turning tofu after 5 minutes.
