Sizzling Savory Tofu Steaks

Ingredients
  Shoyu 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
  Tofu 1 Pound, sliced into 1/2-inch steaks (Hard)
  Vegetable oil/Soy/canola 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

Whisk together shoyu, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
Dip the tofu steaks in the sauce mixture.
Cook in an oiled pan over medium-high heat for 10 minutes until browned, turning tofu after 5 minutes.
