Broiled Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Lean beef flank steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry red wine/Cooking wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine wine, garlic and lemon pepper; pour over steak.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Coat broiler rack with cooking spray and place flank steak on rack.
Let flank steak return to room temperature.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
