Broiled Flank Steak
|Lean beef flank steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Dry red wine/Cooking wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon pepper||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine wine, garlic and lemon pepper; pour over steak.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Coat broiler rack with cooking spray and place flank steak on rack.
Let flank steak return to room temperature.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
