  Orange juice 1
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon (Or More To Taste)
  Lime juice 2
  Boneless sirloin steak 2 Pound, not more than 1/2-inch thick, trimmed of fat
  Beer 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Preferably Dark And Toasty, Such As Negra Modelo)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Red onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Lime wedges 6

In a large glass or ceramic baking dish, combine the juices, beer, onion, and salt.
Add the steaks, turn to coat both sides, cover, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a grill to very hot.
Lift the steaks out of the marinade and grill just until both sides are well browned, 3 to 4 minutes total.
Do not overcook; remember that the steaks are very thin.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with lime wedges.
