Marinated Steak with Potato Pancake and Cucumber Salad

Marinated steak is another easy recipe. We are using ready steak and we will tenderize it using homemade marinade.
  Steak 2
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ketchup 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste

Mix lemon juice, soysauce, vegetable oil, ketchup, minced garlic and pepper.
Take a large plastic bag and put steaks in it.
Pour marinade into it. Seal the bag.
Refrigerate it overnight.
Before cooking, let the steak come to room temperature.
Preheat the barbecue at 500 F and place the steaks in it. Flip it every 2 minutes or as per your preference-rare or medium.
Keep flipping it until the steak is done.
Serve them.
