Bbq Flank Steak
|Frozen french fries||32 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Frozen onion rings||16 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Hickory smoke bbq sauce||16 Ounce|
|Bbq sauce||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Tenderized flank steak||2 Pound|
In shallow roasting pan (2 to 3 inches deep), mix potatoes and onion rings.
Broil for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir and turn potatoes and onion rings.
Drizzle with half the BBQ sauce.
Top with flank steak.
Cover any potatoes and onion rings that are not covered by the flank steak with foil.
Return to oven and broil for 8 minutes, brushing steak with BBQ sauce.
Turn steak, brush with BBQ sauce and broil another 8 minutes.
