Porterhouse Steak is easy to make appetizers. Porterhouse Steak gets its taste from steak cooked with vegetable, flavored with lemon juice. Porterhouse Steak is inspired by many food joints around the world.
Ingredients
  Lard/Other fat 1 Tablespoon
  Porterhouse steak 2 Pound
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cooked vegetables 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley sprigs 4
Directions

Heat a large heavy skillet, adding a small amount of lard.
Add the steak and brown quickly on both sides over high heat.
Lower heat and continue until meat is cooked as preferred, adding butter as needed.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place steak on a preheated platter and surround it with cooked vegetables that have been tossed with melted butter blended with lemon juice.
Garnish with parsley.
