|Porterhouse steak||2 Pound|
|Cooked vegetables||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Heat a large heavy skillet, adding a small amount of lard.
Add the steak and brown quickly on both sides over high heat.
Lower heat and continue until meat is cooked as preferred, adding butter as needed.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place steak on a preheated platter and surround it with cooked vegetables that have been tossed with melted butter blended with lemon juice.
Garnish with parsley.
