Gammon Steaks With Pineapple
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen vegetables||8 Ounce (225 Gram, 1 Packet)|
|Processed cheese slices||2|
|Canned pineapple slices||1⁄2 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|Watercress sprigs||4 (For Garnish)|
1 Preheat a browning dish: 3 minutes on full power for the small size; 5 minutes on full power for .the large size.
2 Put oil and gammon steaks onto the browning dish and microwave on power 7 for 2 minutes.
3 Turn the steaks over and microwave on full power for 3 minutes.
4 Transfer to a warm serving dish and cover with foil.
5 Pierce the packet of frozen vegetables. Microwave on full power for 4 minutes and set to one side.
6 If using cheese, cut each slice in half and arrange half a slice on each gammon steak. Top with a pineapple ring and return to the microwave oven on full power for 2 minutes.
7 Drain the vegetables and arrange on the serving dish with the gammon. Garnish with watercress and serve with creamed potatoes.
