Bourbon Rib Eye Steaks

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Rib eye steaks 24 Ounce (4 Pieces, 6 Ounce Each)
  Bourbon/Whiskey 4 Ounce
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a skillet, melt butter.
Sear steaks 3-5 minutes each side.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour bourbon over steaks.
Flambe 30 seconds.
Remove steaks from skillet.
Keep warm.
Fold cream into steak cooking fat.
Whisk to a smooth sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Remove immediately from heat.
Spoon over steak.
