Flank Steak Barbecue

Flank Steak Barbecue is a simple and delicious side dish recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Why don€™t you give it a try and let me know the experience.
Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger/1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Green onion 1 , finely chopped
  Flank steak 1 Pound (Approximately 1 1/2 Pounds)
Directions

Mix together soy sauce, honey, and vinegar; blend in garlic powder and ginger.
Add oil and chopped green onion.
Place meat in a small pan and pour the mixture over it; let stand 4 hours or longer (turn meat occasionally).
Barbecue over glowing coals, about 5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until done to your liking. Or broil in your oven, allowing about 2 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Baste occasionally with the marinade.
