Simple Marinated Flank Steak
|Lemon juice from concentrate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Realmon Brand)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant beef bouillon||2 Teaspoon (Wyler's Or Steero Brand)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Flank steak||1 1⁄2 Pound (1 Piece)|
In large shallow dish or plastic bag, combine ReaLemon® brand, oil, bouillon, garlic and ginger; add steak.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade; heat marinade thoroughly.
Grill or broil steak 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until steak is cooked to desired doneness, basting frequently with marinade.
