Ingredients
  Ground steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Spanish onions 2 Large, chopped
  Sweet red peppers 2 Large, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz), undrained
  Canned kidney beans 14 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Egg noodles/Spaghetti 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ripe tomatoes 3 Large, peeled
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Brown ground steak and add chopped onions and peppers, salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 mins. in a skillet.
Add mushrooms, beans, noodles and thinly sliced tomatoes.
Cover and simmer for 20 mins.
Meanwhile, fry bacon strips.
Place cooked ingredients in open 2 quart casserole, top with grated Parmesan cheese, bacon strips and bread crumbs.
Bake for 10-15 mins. in oven at 375° to brown topping.
