Sagebrush Turkey Steaks
|Turkey breast steaks||1 Pound (Fresh, 1 Package, Louis RichÂ®)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried sage||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Pierce turkey steaks well with fork.
Combine marinade ingredients in glass baking dish.
Add turkey to marinade; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Broil, 5 inches from heat, or cook in covered grill 8 to 10 minutes or until juices run clear, turning turkey over halfway through cooking.
