Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Beef flank steak 2 Pound
Directions

1. In a 2-quart glass baking dish, blend soy sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic powder, ginger, and sugar. Dip meat in mixture and marinate 4 hours, turning occasionally.
2. Cut steak into serving pieces. Pound to tenderize.
3. Return to 2-quart dish with sauce and cook, covered, 1 2 to 14 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
