Braised Steak Chasseur

Ingredients
  Braising steak 700 Gram, cut in 4 portions
  Seasoned flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 30 Milliliter
  Shallots 8 , thinly sliced
  Button mushrooms 225 Gram, sliced
  Beef stock 300 Milliliter
  White wine 150 Milliliter
  Mixed herbs 5 Milliliter
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Coat the meat in seasoned flour.
Heat oil in a fry pan.
Quickly fry steak on both sides.
Transfer to Slo cooker.
Add shallots to fry pan and cook until softened.
Add the beef stock and wine.
Season and add the mushrooms.
Bring to the boil, pour over steak and cook for the recommended time.
