Grilled Greek-Style Steak
|Boneless beef top sirloin||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 2 pieces|
|Chopped garlic||1 Teaspoon (chopped finely)|
|Lemon pepper seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lightly packed chopped spinach leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (fresh)|
|Crumbled feta cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 cup)|
|Chopped ripe olives||1 Tablespoon|
1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. Rub both sides of each piece of beef with garlic; sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning.
2. Cover and grill beef over medium heat 9 to 11 minutes, turning once, until beef is of desired doneness.
3. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spoon over beef.
