Steak With Rosemary Cheese Butter
|Low fat margarine||50 Gram|
|Cream cheese||50 Gram|
|Finely chopped fresh rosemary||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Meat steaks||500 Gram (4 X 125 Gram)|
Soften margarine, butter and cream cheese to room temperature Beat until well combined, mix in rosemary and garlic.
Spoon mixture onto a piece of foil and roll up into a sausage shape, freeze until ready to serve.
Grill steaks on a rack until just cooked.
Slice frozen cheese and butter roll into four 5mm slices and place one slice on top of each steak.
