Steak With Rosemary Cheese Butter

Ingredients
  Low fat margarine 50 Gram
  Butter 15 Gram
  Cream cheese 50 Gram
  Finely chopped fresh rosemary 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Meat steaks 500 Gram (4 X 125 Gram)
Directions

Soften margarine, butter and cream cheese to room temperature Beat until well combined, mix in rosemary and garlic.
Spoon mixture onto a piece of foil and roll up into a sausage shape, freeze until ready to serve.
Grill steaks on a rack until just cooked.
Slice frozen cheese and butter roll into four 5mm slices and place one slice on top of each steak.
