|Onions||2 Medium, diced small|
|Celery stalks||4 , chopped|
|Zucchinis||2 , sliced not too thick|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|London broil||1 1⁄2 Pound|
Saute onions and celery in 2 tbsp. butter.
Add the slices of zucchini and saute for about ten mins.
Add tomatoes and give it enough heat.
Stir in seasonings of salt and pepper to taste, and garlic, if used.
When almost finished, add the bread crumbs and cheese.
Broil the steaks medium rare and spread the sauce over just before serving.
Sprinkle fresh pepper over them.
