|Melted butter/Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, softened|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Start heating the broiler 10 minutes ahead of time.
Sprinkle steak with salt and brush with melted butter.
For a 1 1/2 inch thick steak, broil 9 minutes per side for rare, 10 minutes for medium, 12 to 13 minutes for well done.
For Maitre d'Hotel Butter: While steak is broiling, blend softened butter with parsley, salt, a speck of pepper and lemon juice.
