Minute Steaks In Parsley Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Beef suet 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Steaks 8 , minute or cubed
Directions

1. With a fork, blend the butter and parsley thoroughly.
2. Brush a heavy skillet lightly with beef suet and heat the skillet. Brown the steaks on one side about two minutes over high heat, turn and brown on the other side about one minute. Top immediately with small balls of the butter-parsley mixture.
