Flank Steak In Mustard Molasses Sauce

Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)
  Beef broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Whole grain mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flank steak 1 Pound
Directions

. Combine first 6 ingredients in Ziploc bag, add steak, seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes to over night.
2. Preheat grill. Remove steak from bag reserving marinate. Place steak on hot grill for 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from oven and loosely cover with foil.
3. Place reserved marinate in saucepan and bring to a boil, cook until reduced to 1/3 cup (about 6 minutes). Cut steak diagonally about 1/s inch think against the grain. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
