Pepper Steaks

Ingredients
  Peppercorns 2 Tablespoon
  Sirloin steaks 4 Large (1 Inch Thick)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat broiler.
Press the crushed pepper well into steaks, using wooden spoon.
Heat oil in pan; add half of butter.
When foaming, fry steaks 4 to 6 minutes on each side, longer if preferred.
Add remaining butter, if needed.
Remove to heated dish to keep warm.
Add wine, brandy, and lemon juice to juices in pan; bring to boil.
Season with salt and pepper; pour over steaks.
Pepper can be scraped off before adding sauce, if preferred
