|Butter||1 Ounce, melted|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pineapple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
Place steak in a large shallow dish.
Pour marinade over, cover and stand for at least 4 hours.
Drain meat and barbecue over medium hot coals for 10-20 minutes, according to taste.
Baste occasionally with melted butter while cooking.
Heat remaining marinade and pour over steak before serving.
