Planked Fillets Or Steaks

  Fish fillets/Fish steaks 2 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Butter margarine/Margarine/oil 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Mashed potato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), seasoned (Hot)
  Cooked vegetables 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), seasoned (Hot, Use Asparagus /Broccoli/Carrots/Cauliflower/Onions/Peas/ Tomatoes)

Thaw fish if frozen; pat dry with paper toweling.
Cut fish into 6 portions.
Place in single layer, skin-side-down, on preheated oiled plank or well-greased bake and serve platter, 18 x 13 inches.
Combine remaining ingredients, except vegetables; mix well.
Pour over fish.
Bake in 350°F oven 20 to 25 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
Remove from oven; arrange hot mashed potatoes and 2 or more hot vegetables around fish.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
