Planked Fillets Or Steaks
|Fish fillets/Fish steaks||2 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Butter margarine/Margarine/oil||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Mashed potato||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), seasoned (Hot)|
|Cooked vegetables||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), seasoned (Hot, Use Asparagus /Broccoli/Carrots/Cauliflower/Onions/Peas/ Tomatoes)|
Thaw fish if frozen; pat dry with paper toweling.
Cut fish into 6 portions.
Place in single layer, skin-side-down, on preheated oiled plank or well-greased bake and serve platter, 18 x 13 inches.
Combine remaining ingredients, except vegetables; mix well.
Pour over fish.
Bake in 350Â°F oven 20 to 25 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
Remove from oven; arrange hot mashed potatoes and 2 or more hot vegetables around fish.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
