Beef steak | 2 | |
Kosher salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |

GETTING READY
1. Blot the steaks dry.
2. Mix cornstarch and kosher salt together to create a rub.
3. Coat the steaks with cornstarch and kosher salt rub, place them on a tray with a grid and freeze them for 30 minutes in an ice box or freezer.
4. Preheat the grill.
MAKING
5. Season the steaks with pepper.
6. Oil the grates and then place the steaks on the grill grates. Sear the steaks turning them at 45 degrees every 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat a couple of times.
7. Reduce the heat, close the lid and cook the steak until the internal meat tempearture reaches upto 135 F.
8. Pull the steak out,
SERVING
9. Slice and serve with chimuchuri sauce and enjoy!
