GETTING READY
1. Prepare the grill for cooking.
MAKING
2. Sprinkle chopped onion, chopped jalapeno, crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley in the centre of the flank steak.
3. Season carefully with salt and pepper. Roll the steak up and tie it with butcher string to secure the roll.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the steak and season the roll again with salt and pepper.
5. Place the steak over indirect heat on the grill. Close the lid and let the steak cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Twist it around and let it grill for some more time.
7. Once the meat reaches the desired internal temperature, rest it for 10 to 15 minutes.
SERVING
8. Slice and serve the steaks on a platter. Enjoy!
