Pepper Squid

Pepper squid is a dish that has gained extreme popularity worldwide and can be prepared in a number of different ways. Though the exact information on its origin is not clear, it is believed that pepper squid was first prepared as part of Cantonese cuisine. Pepper squid is prepared from ingredients such as squid, cornflour, sea salt, chili powder, pepper corns, lettuce leaves, vegetable oils and lemon wedges.
