Deep-Fried Squid

This deep fired squid is perfect for beach parties and dinner parties if you want to serve something out of the ordinary. The squid is simply coated with seasoned flour and deep fried. Garnished with lemon wedges, the deep fried squid will definitely have you guests craving for seconds.
Ingredients
  Squid 12 , cleaned, with their tentacles left on
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Lemons 3 , cut into wedges
  Seasoned flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Generously With Salt And Pepper)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Rinse the cleaned squid in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Dip the squid into the seasoned flour and coat all surfaces evenly.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 375°F.
Drop in the squid, a few at a time.
Fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
Transfer the squid with a slotted spoon to a baking dish lined with paper towels.
Keep in a 200°F oven until all the squid are fried.
Remove paper; serve squid with lemon.
