|Squid||12 , cleaned, with their tentacles left on|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Lemons||3 , cut into wedges|
|Seasoned flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Generously With Salt And Pepper)|
Rinse the cleaned squid in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Dip the squid into the seasoned flour and coat all surfaces evenly.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 375Â°F.
Drop in the squid, a few at a time.
Fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
Transfer the squid with a slotted spoon to a baking dish lined with paper towels.
Keep in a 200Â°F oven until all the squid are fried.
Remove paper; serve squid with lemon.
