1.Wash the squid well to remove all sand particles.
2. In a heavy bottomed pan,pour in the vegetable oil.
3. Saute the garlic, onion, ginger and tomato.
4. Add the squid and sprinkle in the black pepper.Give it a stir.
5. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Add the fish sauce and the green chilies and simmer for 5 minutes.
