Masala Squids stuff
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Tumeric powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tamarind ball||1 (Marble Sized Ball)|
Grind all the above, except the squid in vinegar, adding salt for taste. Clean the squids, taking out the plastic like stick and drain them dry. Stuff the above ground masala in them and keep in a plate for half an hour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and place the squids in it, the stuffed side facing away from you as it splatters. Cover with a lid. When browned on one side, turn over, brown the other side and remove. If you want you can do rava fry also.
