Baby Squid Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Prepared baby squid 2 Pound (1 Kilogram)
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), thickly sliced
  Chopped thyme 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon slices 4 (For Garnish)
  Thyme 3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm) (Tiny Bunches, For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Make thin slices of squid.
2. If the tentacles are large, chop them into half.
3. Season the squid with salt and pepper.

MAKING
4. In a wok, add oil and heat.
5. Add garlic and cook gently until browned.
6. Discard the browned garlic.
7. Increase the heat to high and add the squid to the wok
8. Cook briskly for just under 1 minute.
9. Add herbs and lemon juice.

SERVING
10. Spoon in a plate.
11. Garnish with lemon slices and thyme.
12. Serve with crusty bread.
