Squid Casserole

Ingredients
  Olive oil 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Squid 2 , cleaned and coarsely chopped
  Onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, chopped (700 Gram)
  Rubbed thyme 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Dry white wine 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Black olives 10 , pitted
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan.
Add the squid and onions and fry, stirring, until the onions are golden.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the olives, and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the olives and cook 5 minutes more.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
