|Squid||2 Pound (fresh)|
|Bread crumbs||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, salad oil, onion, salt and pepper; stuff squid with mixture.
Pour oil into shallow baking dish and place stuffed squid carefully in pan.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 35 minutes
