Squid Chilli Stir Fry
|Squid tubes||600 Gram (Use Fresh)|
|Long red chilies||2|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Basil leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Cherry tomatoes||250 Gram|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mix the squid, chilli, garlic, basil and oil together, along with the salt and toss together to coat the squid.
After heating the oil in a wok, stir fry the squid for a couple of minutes, till they turn opaque.
Now, add the tomatoes and the lemon juice and stir fry for some more time.
Finally, remove from the fire and toss with the bean sprouts.
