|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Wash and clean squid well and drain.
Place in casserole (no water is necessary), cover, and cook for 30 minutes or until tender.
Drain and chop, reserving the liquid for making pilaf.
To squid in casserole add olive oil, vinegar, spices, and salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Discard spice bag.
Transfer to bowl or jar and chill.
