Spicy Beans With Squash
Spicy Beans With Squash has two different taste. The chopped jalapeno pepper,onion with chicken broth gives the Spicy beans with Squash a mouth watering taste.
|Yellow squash slices||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1/4 inch)|
|Zucchini slices||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1/4 inch)|
|Cubed hubbard squash/Acorn squash||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped jalapeno pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Large, finely chopped|
|Kidney beans||2 Can (20 oz), drained|
|Snipped fresh cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place all ingredients except beans and cilantro in 2 quart microwavable casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 6 minutes; stir in beans.
Cover tightly and microwave until vegetables are tender, 4 to 6 minutes longer.
Stir in cilantro.
