Buttercup Squash

Chef Keith Snow will show a great recipe for buttercup squash.
Ingredients
  Buttercup squash 1
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven.

MAKING
2. Cut the squash in half scoop out the seed with spoon and spread butter on inner flesh.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Wrap the squash halves in aluminium foil and bake in the oven until soft.
5. Scoop out the flesh in a bowl and mash it.
6. Add in lime juice, honey, nutmeg, salt and pepper and mix well.

SERVING
7. Serve as desired.

Looks good, but Keith doesn't make it clear that the squash he is working with at the beginning of the video has already been baked - no info as to time in the oven or temperature.
