Stuffed Acorn Squash
|Pork sausage meat||1⁄2 Pound|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Acorn squash||2 , halved and seeded|
Make four patties of the sausage meat and fry until brown.
Sprinkle each half squash with salt, put a meat patty in each, and place on rack in cooker.
Pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure for 10 minutes.
