This Zucchini Squash Bake is awesome ! This is the best baked zucchini dishes that I've ever tasted ! Try out this Zucchini Squash bake and serve it up hot for lunch ! Tell me what you think about this dish !
|Zucchini squash||2 Large, unpeeled and cut into 0.5 inch slices|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients except cheese in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
