Sunny Summer Squash

Sunny Summer Squash combines the richness of green onions and yellow squash. This Sunny Summer Squash treat is pretty easy to prepare too. Check out the recipe of Sunny Summer Squash.
Ingredients
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced-calorie margarine 2 Teaspoon (Use Stick Variety)
  Yellow squash 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), sliced (2 Medium)
  Oregano/0.25 teaspoon dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine green onions and margarine in a 2 quart casserole.
Cover and microwave at HIGH 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Cover and microwave at HIGH 4 minutes or until squash is crisp-tender, stirring after 2 minutes.
